Awards and Community Services

Pacific Helicopter received the US Department of Interior Exemplary ACT Award for the Emergency helicopter rescue performed at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Pu'u O'o Vent of Kilauea Volcano, on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Pacific Helicopter also received a US Justice Department Drug Enforcement Administration "Operation Wipe Out" Award and does participate in D.A.R.E. and Fire Prevention week, as well as annual support of the Maui County Fire Department and Life Guard Training Courses.

Pacific Helicopter Tours, Inc. provided disaster relief during the 1994 Hurricane "Inikt" on the island of Kauai. Volunteer Support Services included transportation of Food, Water, Fuel, Emergency Shelter and Medical Supplies.
